Hello, my name is George and I'm a current junior at the University of California Santa Barbara. My major is Computer Science and I'm thinking of a minor in Physics or Math. I enjoy learning math and have been quite fascinated by the subject. I work at CLAS at UCSB and have been group tutoring Math 6A (Vector Calculus) for almost a year. Other UCSB classes I can tutor in are Astronomy 1 and PSTAT 5A. I believe working through and understanding problems is an effective method of learning. Learning through example-driven lessons have worked the best in my experiences. However, I am flexible and open minded to new teaching styles and interactions.
